The doctor was relaxed, listened, it was a good consultation. I like to always see the same doctor if I \can, but it is not always possible. Phoning for an appointment can be a long winded affair at times. How can it be improved is open for debate.

Good: some doctors friendly and helpful. No so good: some doctors (maybe one) will only discuss one condition/visit.
